Our network is further backed by other Mercedes-Benz appointed parts and service dealers, meaning we can provide full product support anywhere in New Zealand, at any time.

Auckland

The Auckland operation is the head office of Trucks and Trailers Ltd located at 74-88 Wiri Station Road in Manukau City and provides sales, parts, and service coverage for the upper North Island. The premises provides a state of the art purpose built workshop with wash and pit facilities, parts showroom and sales area, warehouse for storage of parts stock, and a vehicle showroom and yard for new and used vehicle display and storage.

Rotorua

The Rotorua branch is located at 12 Allen Mills Road, and provides sales facilities for our local heavy truck salesman. This facility also provides 24-hour parts and service support.

The Mercedes-Benz Network

Trucks and Trailers Ltd is a full Mercedes-Benz heavy vehicle dealer, which means we have access to full factory support for vehicle supply, parts supply, warranty, and service technology. In particular Mercedes-Benz's worldwide resources that encompass large factory parts stores in locations around the globe including Auckland and across Australia. This means that the majority of required parts are held in New Zealand, or are less than 24 hours away from Australia.
